At 1:30 was that salt sprinkled? Because that's a shit ton of salt even for a thick steak and i love my salt.

I thought that was strange too.

Though they did put it in some kind of oven after. I know some places do that with thick cuts of meat.

But i was expecting it to be done on a grill of some sort. Unless it was cooking in some sort of juices/sauce.

It looked good at the end though.

she was a huge fan of him, they were stories about them being close , she was obviously a huge fan of him
and also during the first fight with fedor she was crying during the fight because nog was badly beaten
back on topic happy to see him in good spirit

That’s not too much salt, almost too little IMO. Depends on what kind of salt you use tho. Cooking it in a skillet keeps the juices in, grilling it gives a better taste imo but you lose alot of fat/juices.

Grilled a perfect T-bone yesterday and yes, i came.
