All time grunge goat.
There is talk of it being suicide.
Yeah, extremely foolish to do that solo. Extremely foolish to do it either way, but more so solo. Personally, I never had sex so boring or bad that I thought to myself "You know what I need to do, I need to choke the shit out of myself to bust a nut.".
I'm sure guys like Cornell and Caradine were able to fuck themselves to the point that regular fucking just isnt good enough anymore.
Pussy overload is probably a real issue for these dudes.
Same here . . . especially to leave behind a wife and kids.
Guess that falls under First World Rockstar Problems. FWRP Oh to be so sexually jaded. lol
Wow, rip. Saw Soundgarden in concert a couple of times in the 90's, just an amazing voice.
Black Hole Sun was a let down for me, but Soundgarden's previous two album's were staples for me in my twenties.

Now it's a War Room thread. You're welcome.
One of the greats.
Chris was secretly an alt-right ultra-conservative neocon. J/K
Loved his live solo stuff -- his acoustic version of Billie Jean is stellar
And such a great cover..
Seattle is in mourning over this.
Shit. A truly unique voice. Dammit. Last time I saw him was with Audioslave. Was like seeing 4 bands at once.
Shit, RIP. I was a huge fan of Soundgarden and I thought he was a special artist. Is this true that he took his own life? That's heartbreaking. Looking California and feeling Minnesota indeed.
This totally bummed me out
i agree. haven't gone through the whole thread, but i liked his performance on this song:
