So I recently went back to train BJJ and got nice scabs on back of my head as a result. Not ringworm, but something nastier. Got my prescription cream yesterday and been applying it.
With that being said, do you guys use some kind of protective lotion before and after training? Any other preventive methods?
Just sucks to be out couple of weeks and annoying to deal with this crap.
