Do you have any advice on when to use it. Right now im just doing it on my two rest days for 10 minutes each hand. Is that ok or should i do it at a certain time?The same way all strength training works: through resistance.
I really only used the rice bucket when I was having hand pain during boxing. Just try it and see what works.
