just read an article on him and holmes, never heard that he and holmes had a falling out over a supposed taping of their conversations by Giachetti who was allegedly working with the FBI. They patched it up a couple years later. Holmes has good things to say about him upon his death. My impressions of him were that he seemed like a hard ass but a pretty honest one. He was taking full responsibility for not placing Tyson's mouthpiece in before the infamous bite.
