that's goldThat's the "sexual-assaulter" face.

In addition, she and her family were also not Clinton supporters,.
I´d be embarrassed to post this article, defending a perv over a 16 years old girl.
It's just a potential new development in a pretty significant news worthy event.
Not being democrats is not a new development, its even more fake than Russia hacked US elections.
>according to a report by the investigative news site WhoWhatWhy
WOW! consider weiner absolved
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russ_Bakerwikipedia said:Russell Warren "Russ" Baker, is an American investigative journalist. He is the author of a 2008 book, Family of Secrets, that outlines what it claims are connections between President George H.W. Bush and the Watergate scandal and the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. He is also the founder of WhoWhatWhy, a journalism website.
He has had articles in a variety of publications, including The Village Voice, The Nation and The Christian Science Monitor, but recently has been published mainly on the Internet, to his own website and to AlterNet.
This girl not being a minor in a case where she's supposed to be a minor is certainly a development.
Technically, he didn't, if this is true.
He can still be a scumbag without doing something illegal.
Wait a minute I thought it was the Russians???
The topics you choose to defend, is getting kind of creepy.
Muslim pedophilia, Anthony Wiener...
I'm noticing a pattern here.
Would it not be illegal to send unrequested dick picks anyways?

Unless I'm mistaken, if she wasn't 18 it is still illegal for him to send a dick pic.
Well you are mistaken, age of consent varies by state it's not a universal 18. That said, weiner is still a creepy perv.
The question is do any liberal WR posters have tin foil strong enough to maintain a 40+ page thread on a vast GOP conspiracy to frame him? My guess is no. It's not at all unbelievable that this chick could have set him up, but imo it doesn't matter much even if true he's still a creep who had no problem sexting a (allegedly) 15 year old.
Actually, the law in this area is really fucking weird. For most federal sex crimes, age of consent laws track state laws for the jurisdiction they occur in. For child pornography cases, they do not.
For sending obscene photos to a minor, the law seems to be set at 16, not at local law.
Anyways, here's a good write-up on the topic:

TLDR: The story in the OP is likely false, but if true, the girl and GOP people with whom she allegedly coordinated would be looking at felony charges.
