I think strongman would be be fun, but I'm way too weak to be competitive at all. I have been thinking about trying Highland Games though.

sure my newbie gains will wear off before too long, only been at it 2 months now

jealous of your bench though, i just got 205x3 and that was a big gain for me, but you are doing 210x10
 
GREAT DAY IN THE GYM!

After a week and a half off I hit the gym. I had missed my deadlift day, but I really just wanted to squat.

I came up with this about a month ago. It is my revised goals for the rest of the year. Its not periodized, but it at least gives me something tangible to work toward.

nice looking goals, already crushed some of next months.

hitting 1200 while losing that much weight will be hard but if you do it that would be awesome. Lifting 1200 while 200 pounds would also make you one strong guy for your size. good luck

So I don't think bumping those up to these numbers should be too difficult

The conditioning and weight loss could be another story. My thought though is that I'll work on weight loss and conditioning hard the next two months, bump the lifts back up after that, and then wrestling season should help me finish my weight loss goal.

i definatly think you can do it, seem to have to drive to accomplish it if you put your mind to it. congrats on crushing all your year goals before july, haha

nice, i saw that in your title, if you do you should get some vids somehow and post them


i propose a mini contest between me and you for the hell of it. race to 900 combined for squat/deadlift, you have 40lbs on me now (825/785) but i have some newbie gains left and you will be losing weight, hopefully even the playing field a little
