    It's been 4 years since I've updated this log. I guess I ought to do something about that.

    So for a quick update, the log stopped on the day I started a new job. 4 years later I'm still working the same job. Since that time, I became a foster parent, then became an adoptive parent, and became a bio parent again, ending up with 4 kids now!

    I've made a lot of excuses to myself over the last 4 years that I am just too busy to work out and stay in shape. On top of the kids I also bought a fixer upper house, started raising chickens and ducks, annually grow a 2000 sq ft garden, and started a coffee roasting business and selling at the farmers market on the weekends.

    I ballooned up to 265 lbs though. I'm going to make time now. I can tell it's affecting my health and my outlook on life.

    Went to wrestling practice in the afternoon. Did some runnning and some light drilling. I'm glad I went but holy hell am feeling it. Pinched something in my back for sure.
