This only highlighted shortselling, which the interveiwer interpreted as manipulation.

I dont see anything immoral about shorting, quite the opposite really. It serves to find the truth by posing a counter argument. the truth is what morality is all about right?

if more people were shorting during the 2008 recession, we wouldnt have had a recession.

now. i do think sorros has a communist philosophy which the documentary showed he supported communist troops for a breif moment. and i do believe communism is immoral. because communism seeks to create a utopia, which cannot be created. utopia isnt true.

It can create a utopia for a small elite that sit at the top and rule in authoritarian manner though. So if you see yourself (and/or your group) at the top of it, it could be quite appealing to power hungry types.
