She chose to have sex. That was the act of consent you reference.
If I choose to have sex with a girl, she can't move in. That isn't how property rights work, and you can't even legally sell the rights to your whole person. Slavery is illegal. Control of your body, is the definition of slavery. State owned slavery as the court appointed actor for your cute little baby, if you will.
What on earth are you talking about? She chose to have sex knowing that's how babies are made. She made a baby, realized she doesnt want it... at what point did the human life become property?
