    Usman is not Colby.

He doesn't have the pressure, the pace, or the cardio to make RDA work like Colby did. RDA is going to blast him with kicks to the lead leg and body, and will stuff enough of Usman's takedowns to keep it standing and beat the shit out of him on the feet. Rafael will top it off by securing a late submission or cruising to a very dominant decision.

Come back to this thread after this disgustingly accurate predictions becomes reality.

Are they talking about this fight happening? Usman won and RDA lost. I would think that Usman vs. Till is the fight to make.

You're right I don't think that Usman has the pace or cardio of Colby.

But Usman has better TDs and top control. I personally don't see RDA stopping Usman from taking him down.

Once Usman gets RDA down RDA isn't getting back up.

And Usman is the better striker and good punches carry much more power on them.

    Usman 30-27.

Usman beat an aging contender on short notice and has a nice win streak going.

RDA just lost an interim title fight.

    Them fighting makes sense.

Till just beat the number 1 ranked contender in the division. Outside GSP wanting a WW title fight Till is fighting the winner of Woodley/Colby.

How long is Robbie gonna be out? I think Wonderboy wants to fight in November and rankings wise it makes sense for either Usman or RDA. Although I don't think anyone wants to see Thompson vs Usman. Personally I would like to see Edwards get fed to any of those guys lol

If they make this fight and Usman wins they can't really keep him away from the top any longer. As for some that claim that it should have been Usman vs Till, i agree it's an interesting fight but it will eliminate a contender for a while and the UFC isn't going to risk it. Not like they think about those things but...

It really is a case of seeing how Usman does against the same competition. I thought RDA would beat Covington but I see no reason at all why this wont' look exactly like that fight. Usman via boring UD.

I think it'll be a fiesta of a fight. They're natural grinders and have sparse T/KO's between them and I think both are due and this'll be the one to do it. Usman via TKO in the 3rd in a dirty, bloody dance off.

Usman doesn't have the aggression or pace that Colby has, but he has better takedowns and top control. On the feet, it's probably a pretty even fight. Usman hits harder but Colby has very good cardio so he can throw a larger volume of strikes. Colby definitely showed improvement with his stand up against RDA, however a guy that can circle out and fight off the back foot will have a field day with him.

RDA is getting close to washed out at this point. 3-3 in his last 6, with 3 of those fights going 25 mins and one other involving him being TKOed. Usman is still improving and I would definitely put my my money on him.

Robbie mentally checked out after he lost the belt.

People who beat him now get way too much credit.
And people who lose to him are worse than you think.
