Especially if you're small for and have to eat up to make a weight class. He's going to have to lose a lot of muscle to lose all that fat.

It would take ME two weeks to get back into "shape" from what he looks like. And by shape, you must just mean body fat percentage. Newsflash, he's probably in better cardiovascular shape in that picture than on fight night.
 
He probably took some time off after Colby fight and balooned up.

I hope he does not become a Hendricks 2.0
