I am pretty burnt out and stressed out. I have a lot of things on my mind, and on top of that I have the last exam, a clinical skills exam, and the final in 10 days. I am trying to put in the work and finish strong so I don't throw away the past three months.

I got 2.5 hours of sleep last night, literally just could not fall asleep. Long day today. Squats were not happening.

Narrower stance. I find the real benefit of a wider stance is that I seem to be able to get my lumbar a little tighter and less distance between the bar and my hips.
 
Fourth test today. I dunno how it went. Tomorrow is clinical skills exam, 1 week to final. Trying to finish strong. Weighed in at a hefty 146lbs.

Tried to find a way to incline bench press but it wasn't happening, so just did snatch press.

I really like the curl bars they have. The narrow diameter lets me get a really good squeeze and I get a much better pump which makes my elbows feel amazing.
