Cain will get the shot if he's healthy enough to fight before the end of the year. Otherwise, all eyes will be on Ngannou in his test against Cigano. If Ngannou loses, and Cain still doesn't appear available any time soon, I think they'll give Overeem the shot ahead of the Struve/Volkov winner.

Let Cain get another win before a title shot, he has been too inactive.
