Been saying since Richard started getting pt that he was the best back in Oakland. Murray returning would be great but don't see it happening.
 
The thing that's gets lost in Murray leaving is he is a great blocker in the pass game.

Anyone think Olawale replaces Murray? Not sure how he holds up pass blocking but the we all know the guy can run
 
Murray is lights out as a blocker. Hes fucking outstanding there.

Patterson left without a deal. Maybe still gets done if he doesnt get better offers but shitty.

Great news. On the article I read it looks like Patterson would line up outside at WR at times and they would move Cooper to the slot.

I didn't realize how big he was. 6 2 220. That's a big return man.

My initial thought, I didn't hear him light it up in Minnesota.

Maybe he'll have a resurgence in Oakland

Hes a return specialist. Probably the best currently in the league.

Guy has absurd explosiveness but hes not a great receiver.

Tyreek Hill is a lot better but he's up there. CPatt is an awful receiver. Drops everything and can't run routes at all.

I like to forget Hill is in the league.

Im perfectly fine with Patterson taking returns and the occasional back field carry. Now we dont have to use starting corners etc for kick returns lol.

And he is dead now, but yeah I could see that. Hell Reg picked DJ Hayden in the first round of that same draft so he didn't do any better.

Those quick outs that Coop has been catching will be done by Patterson as well now. If everybody can block their guy and give him time to catch the damned ball, turn, and start running, it's money.

That's what I love about R Hudson. He can bounce out and target a defender like a mofo. There is another guy on the left side that I'm trying to think of....oh yeah Osemele. Top 5 offensive lineman. His health concerns me just a bit, but I see him and Hudson and Big Gabe becoming the best Oline by a mile. I am hoping Alexander earns the RT position. His feet may be too slow but we shall see.
