Democrats have been attempting sabotage Trump since day 1.

Are you touched in the head? The GOP controls all three branches of our government and has a conservative SC. It's their own incompetence and lack of ability to govern once reaching power that is sabotaging them.

this is a serious question, i don't think a single case has been assigned to any judges, that weren't liberal so far.

It is supposed to be fairly random, but plaintiffs can game the system. They can file in courts with more judges they think will see things their way and also where the Chief Justice likely sees things their way. There are some reputable studies done by Emory and Washington & Lee that show this that Chief Justices who make the final assignment tend to give important cases to judges they thing will rule the way they want. This game is played by both ends of the spectum.

In a very limited way, yes. Some refugees can be prevented from entering the US. The extended definition of "bonifide interest" that the 9th used is still in effect against the wishes of the administration. The reality is, this will all get sorted when SCOTUS hears the full case this Fall. My guess is a decision largely in favor of the President.
