Rick and Morty/Archer is kind of like Mandy/Alexa. It's close and both are fantastic but one is slightly better than the other.

Never seen Ricky & Morty, and only one or 2 partial episodes of Archer, so the 3rd option is the correct answer.

Rick and Morty may be the GOAT.

Archer holds its own though. H John Benjamin sounds the exact same in everything he's in. He's the chubby dude that talks movies with Chris in Family Guy. He's also Bob in Bob's Burgers which is referenced in Archer.

Archer is great but jumps the shark every once in awhile before reeling itself back in. Good show overall.

Rick and Morty is pretty consistently great, with the Mortychurian Candidate being my favorite episode.

The only knock I give that show is it’s ridiculous fanbase and their obsession with it.
