Do any of the current roster under 40 use ddp's yoga? Many old timers do swear by it. Scsa is always plugging that shit.m

apparently, most of the developmental group does. hhh has him come in and talk to the trainees.

That's good, if it stops guys being so broken-down in later life/leads to less injuries right now.

AJ must be nearly 40 by now, but is in much better nick than say, Punk but, how many others who have a high workrate/long career are gonna hold up as well?
