wow not even a 5/3/1 or anything. i realize it was 30 days or whatever, but christ. the chick (would before and after, duh) was definitely getting the n00b gains, she got a lot tighter and had great results.

Yeah she looked great but women can get away with the dumbbell ballerina movements and get the look she wanted. As a man if you're looking for that Captain America coming out of the PED chamber look then you need muscle density and you don't get that from 30 lb cable crossovers.
