This. Cena and others in the WWE who have taken the move take it like a bump; flail both arms around the top rope as if the corner was a mat and they are slapping the palms into the mat and then rebounding and falling out of the corner. Sting takes what would be a stiff double bump; by that I mean he slams into the turnbuckle and instead of rebounding and falling down and away from the turnbuckle, as he bounces off the turnbuckle, he then wraps his arm around the top rope which causes additional whiplash motion. It's not just Cena but everyone else who takes this bump. Compare then to how Sting took the bump
