That could only be a match to make if Paige decided to move back down to strawweight (which she definitely should cause she'll get smoked at 125) or if Mackenzie can't make weight for strawweight anymore. And even then it wouldn't be the match to make because Paige had two losses straight now and you don't want to throw one of the biggest attractions they have in WMMA to the wolves. Give both of them time to develop their skills and don't waste this pairing now where Dern's BJJ skills would be enough to decide the fight.

PVZ is 7-4 and Dern only fights people that have as many losses as wins. Dern certainly isn't going to fight someone that's a step up.

Besides, Dern said she wants to take some time off (so switching from part time training to no time training) for a while, and PVZ is still adjusting to her new boobs. PVZ also doesn't like fighting, but likes the attention - she's trying to go to WWE.

Expect Dern to get matched up with a 50:50 fighter sometime end of this year or early next, and PVZ to not fight until 2019, if then.

Like myself, the majority here can’t stand amateur level MMA (WMMA) clouding up PPV main cards or any cards in general.

However, we appear to be stuck with it. The least WME can do is put together the best looking(literally) woman fights. Dern needs to move up to 125lbs eventually anyway...Strike while the iron is hot.
