Protein vs Reps

Hey guys

Just checking in here after a long week in the gym. Making good progress on my delts, pretty impressed on the numbers we're seeing this week.

Anyway, the big news is that my protein coach has finally agreed to make the switch to farm fresh. I think the difference in the quality of the fish is going to make a big impact on my goals.

My question is:

How do you guys feel about a fish based protein intake vs a tradition beef and yams approach? I have seen impressive gains eating supermarket style meat and beef, but the longer I wait the more of my friends get on board the fish train, and with my protein coach making the call it's hard to argue. Appriciate all your input guys, and get it boys.
 
Protein coach? Are you a professional bodybuilder? Physique model?

Just YouTube what the pros do.
 
My protein coach is my wife. When she demands protein, damn it she gets it.
