Ugh seriously with this shite again.
PRIDE was a pro wrestling org that did MMA stuff on the side. All this garbage about "the product was better" is you guys still whacking off to fireworks and goddamn light shows. You don't care about the fights, you care about storylines and ten minute intros. Get back to your WWE PPV and shut up.

A lot of people keep losing the context of what we're mad about. It's not that Jones 'got away with it.'
He was stripped of the title and sat out for over a year. He'll be eligible after 15 months. Which means he lost out on millions in pay, time he can never get back, and he's going to be under further scrutiny.
Nobody thought (at least most didn't ) an active, very visible UFC fighter would effectively rat out other people to reduce his sentence. It's distasteful and frankly a misguided policy, but its not new.
He got off too easy and its definitely too light a punishment, but he was punished. Orgs that don't do random advanced testing are not remotely the same.
Of course Jones likes to make a mess of his life so there are reasonable odds he gets caught again. The next time, there won't be a possibility to turn in others in exchange for a reduced suspension.
