Presidential Pardons

You think Obama looked into all 330 cases he pardoned on his last day in office?

Of course not. No President does. They have an entire staff at Justice that does this and the requests for pardon are vetted over the course of a number of years and those that are worth consideration are presented to the President. I suspect he reviewed most of one he approved mostly in a summarized fashion.

Do you think Obama read every page of the ACA? Do you think Trump will read every page of the current Tax bill before signing it?. That is why they have staff.

but the Justice Dept has enough resources to go after their political enemies.
The Justice Department is a department that has turnover with every new administration. The only enemies of the DOJ are criminals.

Are you referencing the 'Democratic Deep State' perchance?

It's called 'professional discretion.' Legal coherence and republican slashed funding play roles in determining the docket. HRC was not prosecuted bc there was no crime that could meet those factors.

HRC and the FBI are really in collusion...which isn't a crime...by the way. haahahahaa

Since 2004, the FBI doesn't have to record interrogations.
Whatever the agent says goes.

DOJ is completely corrupt, they actually covered up the Democrats' crimes.

The current President could fire every single senior staff person at Justic tomorrow if he wanted to save for those involved in the Russian investigation all of whom he could fire the day the investigation is done. Literally nothing stopping him from doing it. So if Justice is corrupt the ability and responsibility to change it can be layed directly at the feet of whichever President is in office at the time.

al franken gets to stay in the Senate.

john conyers doesn't face expulsion.

liberals are double-standard hypocrites.

if liberals didn't have double standards, they wouldn;t have any standards

He should read every page.
How many pardons under previous Presidents, and how many on their last day?

the problem here is that Democrats have supported Bill Clinton 100%, and only 16 years later taken a stand.

if this pardon is wrong now, why was it okay for 16 years ???

are you going to take a stand on whether that was wrong?

Because it looks like you want to cry about clinton but have no problem with trump.

You sound asinine. We get it. You hated having a right wing black man as president. Let it go. Trump should let it go as well but his contrarian presidency would crash faster than it already is crashing.
Why? Because I'm actually being consistent? Something most loser liberals like yourself struggle with?

If you want to stop presidents from pardoning people NOW (that Trump is in office) it's only fair that all the previous pardons get reversed as well.

THAT is by definition being consistent.

You make no sense when you type.

So the DOJ is a really a criminal enterprise...is the FBI too? You sound paranoid.
