The sequel to the best thread of all times has returned. Let us review our accomplishments from the prior season of global domination and if the team should remain or leave

England:

cristiano-ronaldo-596-jose-mourinho-hidden-in-the-shadow-of-the-darkness-in-real-madrid-2012-2013.jpg

Manchester United- A treble for Lord Mourinho in his debut season. Expect nothing less from a winner like that. With the addition of one of his former protégés, Matic, the sky is the limit for this global powerhouse domestically and abroad

Status: remain

Tony_pulis_2014.jpg

West Brom-An overachieving season once again as Pulis and the lads put in more defensive enthusiasm than anyone. Did absolutely nothing in the transfer market though, everyone else improving is worrying

Status: remain, but a close watch on the season

Middlesbrough: brought in after Mourinhos top assistant Aitor Karanka got them promoted. After unfairly being fired and the team relegated, its time for them to fade away and classify them as obsolete

Status: leave

Spain (best league in the world)

Real Madrid

Another year, another successful season. Back to back CLs, the league title. Another Ballon d'or for the best player in the world. Barcalona being weakened (more on that later). It appears that the toughest challenge for Madrid in the foreseeable future is this dreaded technological heathen known as VAR.

Status: remain

France (2nd best league in the world):

maxresdefault.jpg

PSG- Being expected to win the league, they couldn't and their absolute choke job in the CL put them on very thin ice. Then they shook the futbol world to its core

A domino effect or chain reaction is the cumulative effect produced when one event sets off a chain of similar events. The term is best known as a mechanical effect, and is used as an analogy to a falling row of dominoes. It typically refers to a linked sequence of events where the time between successive events is relatively small.

Using completely legal tactics and no shadiness whatsoever, this top 10 anime betrayal brought Neymar from Barcalona for a world record free that at least doubled the previous one. Not only does this develop PSG into a global powerhouse but it also weakens Barcalona one of our bigger rivals in Spain. In turn they will need to replace him with someone (perhaps Coutinho, which weakens Liverpool and themselves since he isn't as good as Neymar, thus the domino effect)

Status: Remain

Germany

590df106e948624cfcfb07756578f7a8fe1f0f16_hq.jpg

RB Leipzig- From newly promoted to 2nd place, and they kept all of their best players. Look for the most hated thing in Germany since the SS (wish I could take credit for that) to continue to improve and mount an actual challenge to Bayern with their youth and exciting style.

Status: remain

hi-res-4270c567f45cc1144887dbfabc2e0e7c_crop_north.jpg

Dortmund:finished 3rd, won a cup. Not bad for losing some top players. Another team to lose to Monaco, a real thorn in our side they are. Our status in the American market is steadily climbing with this team from the marketing aspect. However the previously mentioned domino effect could weaken the team if Dembele defects. Regardless, Obergruppenfuhrer @Deffid and his men will go again.

Status: Remain

Italy

juve-serie-b-300x225.jpg

Juventus:The cream of the crop in Italy, winning a 5th title in a row and reaching the CL final. Stern rivals LOOM however in Milan, Roma and Napoli.

Status: remain

Currently one spot remains open, it may be filled, it might not be. We will see.

Overall record:

158 W 68 L 70 D

From the people who brought you Monaco, Nice, and RB Leipzig news comes the critically acclaimed scouting database, telling the fans who to keep an eye on this season

****PTSD OFFICIAL TEAMS TO WATCH****

Lille OSC

DGoHHVXXkAApZ--.jpg

Lille were the Ligue 1 champions in 2011, lead by a 20 year old Eden Hazard, Moussa Sow (golden boot winner) and Gervinho. Since then theyve slipped into mid table, finishing 11th last season after being lower than that most of the year. This year things have changed. They are now managed by Marcelo Bielsa, the successful ex Argentina, Chile and Athletic Bilbao manager. They also had a Chinese takeover and can spend some more money, which they used 15m on 20 yo Thiago Maia, an up and coming Brazilian CDM. Look for Lille to play exciting attacking football as Bielsa prefers, as they try to get back to the top, or they will self destruct. Either way it's worth watching.

Staying in France, we go to another team in Marseille. They had a busy window themselves in acquiring Luiz Gustavo (ex Bayern/Wolfsburg), Valerie Germain (Monaco) Adil Rami (Sevilla) and long time goalkeeper Steve Mandanda returns after a year at Crystal Palace. Throw in the January window they had with Dimitri Payet and Morgan Sanson (PTSD watch) and theyve set themselves up for a good chance of being in a battle for the top 3-5 spots in the league.

AMA06_WOLVES_FULHAM1.jpg

Wolverhampton Wanderers FC

Why in the world would PTSD go into the second tier of England?
Wolves are using an interesting strategy that is unprecedented in the Championship. They have connections with the super agent Jorge Mendes and are using it to gather many Portuguese based talents, along with their new manager Nuno (ex Valencia/Porto).

Some notable names include wingers Helder Costa (was on loan from Benfica that was made permanent, you may remember him for dominating Liverpool in the FA Cup last year) and Ivan Cavaleiro (Benfica youth, bought by Monaco ala Bernardo Silva) and this years signings include Diogo Jota (loan from Atletico, played in Portugal prior) and striker Leo Bonatini (scored 17 goals in the Portuguese league 2 years ago, went to the Arabic league last year) Jota is 20 and the others are all 23 years old.

The crown jewel signing from them could be Ruben Neves, a 20 year old midfielder from Porto. Wolves broke their transfer fee on him spending 15 million over the summer. Neves is also the youngest player to ever be the captain in a CL game, when he was 18.

Youll probably also hear of them throughout the season due to their long time goalkeeper Carl Ikeme who was diagnosed with leukemia, may he get well soon.

The obvious one is of course, AC Milan. Milan had a Chinese takeover as well and they basically bought an entire new lineup. Look for them to present a serious title challenge and in the Europa league, if they care about it
