Look at Barça and Bayern's post Pep success. That proves 2 things -- 1. Pep was over credited for their success; 2. The players were under credited for their success; 3. He's not this revolutionary coach that will set the world on a fire with a smaller club like Sampaoli for example.

At that point, Alan Pardew could've managed Barça or Bayern and still won everything.

Have Pep manage Crystal Palace and let's see what he can do with them for example.

Emery is a strange case, but in his defense, it's not his fault they don't have a better 9 than Cavani. Cavani is just very inconsistent.
