I allready have a workout routine thats about 1 km run to a certain circuit where i can do pull ups, push ups and dips and where i run from check point to check point and do 10 laps of aproximatly 200 m circuit with 3 check points. I do sets of 10 push ups, 10 dips, 5 pulls and then i run another K home for a total of around 4 km run, 100 push ups, 100 dips and 50 pull ups. Murph is not that far off , thats why im confident.
