UFC 219: Nunes vs Holm
UFC 220: Woodley vs GSP

Beside DJ vs TJ and Woodley Maia I would be shocked if any of these fights actually happen. This sounds more like wishful thinking.

I think DC will beat Jones and Jones will go to HW to face Stipe and beat Stipe
The GSP bisping fight will fall through and Bisping will fight Romero and lose while GSP fights Conor in December or early January
DJ beats TJ and then goes up to fight Garbrandt
Holloway knocks out Edgar and fights cub towards the end of the year and starts clamoring for a champion vs. champion fight between him and McGregor at 150 lbs
Woodley fights Maia and loses via RNC
Nunes fights Pennington (extremely wishful thinking) and they have a very competitive fight with Nunes winning a split decison
Joanna destroys Rose sometime around October/November
