Pop ups and virus warnings

Two options:
1. Some sketchy ad or code hackers put on the Sherdog server is putting up the antivirus scam
2. A virus your machine is already infected with is doing it

I use an adblocker and don't plan on turning it off so idk how sketchy the ads are and whether they're running code like this

It's not due to user devices, as it specifically only happens on sherdog. These must be paid ads, yet a company which is accepting redirect links from shady clients. I experienced it a lot some years back, and then it suddenly stopped. Recently began again (the past few weeks or so), intermittently.

Ik, by "sketchy ad or code hackers put on the Sherdog server" I mean that the sketchy ad is paid for and added legitimately and not placed by hackers, but that the other option is that it was attack code added by hackers without paying

Yeah, I was about to go looking for the last time there was a thread here on the constant redirects and bump that.

Seems the change hasn't done anything to prevent this

It's been showing up here and there lately, but today it's disabling all of Sherdog for me. Only site that's doing it.

Real wierd things happening on this website since new year

-Mobile and desktop have ads that open in new windows, haven't seen that in 10 years
-ISP keeps flagging as suspicious site when using standard chrome browser
-Completely crashed my phone the other day from simple browsing, couldn't even get the bottom row buttons to work. Never had that happen on a mobile phone
-Ad free browsers don't work, still crashes and opens up new tab ads

Any one else? Probably got hacked
