Please help me with find name of famous grappler

Hi everybody, I remember seeing a No Gi instructional where the instructor was this dude with short blonde hair with black spots leopard style, but I can't remember the name, would really appreciate it if somebody knows his name as I'd like to get that video.
Only other details I remember is that he is Caucasian, probably from USA but not sure about that, and he did speak English with American accent.
