I'm quite bothered the Sherdog has playboy ads all over the front page. I should be able to look at a sports news site without being bombarded with these kinds of ads.

Have a little class, Sherdog.

On top of that, I came to this subforum to find a place to post my concern, and I found that the mods had closed it almost immediately, and then had a big mod circlejerk where they all posted in the closed thread making jokes.

Is this really the kind of sports news site that Sherdog has turned into? Not only do you put playboy ads all over your frontpage, but then you refuse to dialogue with your viewers about these ads?

Big mod circlejerk?

I'm quite bothered that Support has posts like this all over the front page.

It's sickening Nos.

I do not get playboy ads. The ads are probably adapted to consumer group and surfing history...consider that TS.

Oddly enough, a google image search of big mod circlejerk gives this as the top image

He's trying to figure out why this dude gets playboy ads and he gets ads for single men looking for a good time.

Don't the ads correlate with what you look at the most online?

No, the ads DON'T correlate to what you look at online.
I've never been to playboy.com.
I don't shop for blue cross blue shield insurance.
I have never searched for body-building powders.
Nor do I watch Resident Evil movies, or the Untouchables.
I have never expressed any interest in a Transformers video game.

Will someone own up for why playboy.com ads have to be plastered on the frontpage, and why it's appropriate to have them stripping on a fight news site? I've been a fight fan for a decade+ and a member on sherdog for 7 years.

Because Playboy.com maybe, possibly sponsors the site?
You can just not post, it would solve everything, homie.

Hey! Get serious here now.

Let's not turn this into a mod circle jerk.

If we jerk in a square, would it still be considered improper?

I've been here 5 years longer than you, homie. But thanks for dismissing me without addressing the concern.

Can you read?

No one here can address you concerns

It's a Crave/.com issue

Funny, I knew that and you got 5 years of Sherdog experience on me.

Fast learner I guess
