Matt has been backtracking on his retirement plans since before he even fought Diego. I think this should be Brown’s real retirement fight.
I say that because it would be an entertaining fight without question, he would actually retire this time because Platinum would badly concuss him, and it’s a fight that makes sense from a rankings stand point. Not to mention while Brown may be ranked higher (not sure) they both have a common opponent in Ellenburger whom destroyed Brown but got destroyed by Platinum.
What do y’all think? If not Platinum, who would you like to see for Matt Brown’s real retirement fight. Beating up a washed up lightweight isn’t a great way to go out but then again getting layed out by Platinum wouldn’t either.
He wants to fight at least one more fight though so who should it be?
