PLACES TO TRAIN IN MINNESOTA

doesn't matter what discipline. boxing, judo, bjj, japanese jujitsu, karate, muay thai, whatever.
where have you trained that HAS GOOD TRAINING. i dont care if the instructor can one inch punch your head off, if he's never there or its one of those places where you have to punch air for 4 months before you can spar or grapple its no good. im just looking to be well rounded and just foolishly jumped the gun trying to branch out and signed a contract with WARRIORS COVE. do not go there btw.
