Reem was the champion, that's the highest ranked person in an organisation. You can't get around this fact. Also Fedor didn't have any problem facing opponents in an organisation where you basically have to prove you're roided to the gills in order to be allowed to compete, yet suddenly used it as an excuse not to fight Reem. How convenient.

When the champion is openly calling you out and the owner is offering you a title shot on a platter, and you turn it down to face inferior competition, that's an irrefutable duck.

By your logic, the Bellator HW champ is ranked about Cain Velasquez. No. Werdum was ranked above Reem in the top 10 and was 1-0 against him at the time Fedor fought him. This is FACT. You don't get to change those.
