In their primes, so it doesn't have to be an active athlete.

Charles Barkley in his college years
    - 6'5" 300lbs
    - Could move faster than most NBA point guards, and jump higher than most NFL cornerbacks
    - Light on his feet, and the most agile power forward in NBA history
    - Insanely tough, durable, and injury-free
    - Naturally aggressive, but had a good athletic IQ

    Runner-up

    2014 JJ Watt

    - 6'5" 295lbs
    - Hard to find a better combination of size, strength, speed, and toughness
    - Great reflexes and superb anticipation

Unfortunately JJ is very injury-prone, which is why he isn't my number one pick.

Bo Jackson was a close third choice.

Allen Iverson would have been the GOAT welterweight

    Ray Lewis

    Frank Thomas

    Adrian Peterson

    Ben Wallace

Brain Urlacher (he actually took BJJ lessons at a gym not far from my old house for a couple years)

Bo Jackson. It's very possible he's the greatest athlete to ever live.

Primetime would have made a killer WW.

Pat Tillman. NFL to US Army Ranger. He could have been a pro fighter.

You ever hear the story of how Urlacher almost got his ass kicked by Bas Rutten?

I'd like to see one of those scandinavian strongmen champions competing against heavyweight cans actually.

Those guys have zero cardio, they would be gassed after throwing three punches.

Charles Barkley had better cardio than most UFC Middleweights and he was 300lbs

Yeah. His friend had to tell him who Bas was before he wrote a check he couldn't cash.

    Ron Artest.

6'7", 260lbs, solid. To anyone who knows who he is, it's obvious he had the mentality for it.

I could tell you the worst non-combat sports athlete to make a transition.

Iverson has never weighed 170 in his life. He was pretty lean so idk if he makes FW but he’s a LW at max. There are some people who think he would be the greatest American soccer player ever if he concentrated on it. And people from Virginia will swear he was a better football player than Mike Vick (who grew up in the same area)
One of the greatest athletes I’ve ever seen, quickness and coordination absolutely off the charts
