I can rule out a few. Abdulkerimov isn't fighting anymore as far as I know. Johnson and Tony Lopez are signed to Russian orgs and those contracts do not have a PFL out clause. Anyanwu is with the UFC now. I don't believe Odoms and Jeff Hughes have out clauses for PFL in their LFA contracts. Here's my thoughts on a field:

If it's on FITE it's not so bad, but FreeSports is a pretty new channel, I think sometime in the last month or so, and it lists WSOF in it's "other sports" section. They don't have specifics of each of those sections but I dunno if they'd even have had a live WSOF show yet then.

They didn't reply to my FB message though.

Wow had no idea this card was even happening. I remember 4 or 5 years ago when scumbag Ali was running WSOF and had them chasing Bjorn’s tournament Bellator. Oh how times have changed. Sport of mma never ceases to amaze me. Hopefully PFL have a good run in them, could always use some good fights.
