Fun fact the UFC did this when everyone conflated the UFC brand with MMA and when the UFC had leverage. If they had pulled this shit in 2004 I wonder how that story ends. I think that story would have ended in the 11th chapter

I get that the UFC as far as business and pay goes is awful but goddamn why would any fighter want to fight for the PFL. The entire promotion seems like it’s run by incompetent suits who don’t actually give a shit about MMA.

Hopefully if enough fighters back-out of their contracts; they might roll-back on some of these changes.

They better at least bring in some High-Roller sponsors to make up for the loss of fighter revenue.

I would assume the PFL has exclusive sponsorship deals(worth more money being exclusive) with company's in each of those categories. Really couldn't see any other reason beyond that.
