Alex "Spartan" Nicholson (12-5) vs. Philipe Lins (10-3) Set For PFL 4

Nicholson (12-5) comes into this bout riding a 2 fight win streak with the most recent being a potential Knockout of the Year earlier this month at PFL 1 where he KO'd Jake Heun with a brutal flying knee. He's 5-1 since parting ways with the UFC last year. All 12 of his wins come by way of stoppage, 10 KO/TKO's and 2 Submissions.

Lins (10-3) was scheduled to fight Shawn Jordan last week at PFL 1 but Jordan came in 9 lbs. overweight and the bout was cancelled. Lins is currently riding a 2 fight losing streak with the most recent being a first round TKO loss to Fedor's protege Vadim Nemkov at Bellator 182 back in August of last year. Out of his 10 wins 8 of them come by way of stoppage, 5 KO/TKO's and 3 Submissions.

PFL 4 is set to take place July 19th at the Nassau Coliseum in Long Island, New York.

Fight could go either way, leaning towards Nicholson due to his recent success and because I like him as a fighter, but if Lins gets it to the ground early it could be a wrap.

Did we ever find out if they actually awarded Lins points for Jordan missing weight or not?
