So apparently in PA a bunch of people got sick from handling mail in their prison system so the state stopped all book donation programs which help inmates receive books in order to help in rehabilitation through education.
Some public health officials doubt the validity of these claims because of how these drugs would have been absorbed.
Personally I think this is a poor decision, these programs I believe really do help and education should be more of a focus in the prison system so that less offenders occur.
