I don't know the rules in hell but the government in the United States is not allowed to dictate how a business runs itself. That being said had they not begun a thorough drug testing regiment, federal agents would have had the power to destroy the company. No, no law.

The feds dictate plenty. From how much businesses can pay to who they can fire. Baseball also has an anti-trust exemption, unlike the UFC. But thanks. I'd vote for no testing altogether if I had an opinion that mattered.

The lifelong ban "might" change that. Lance had an incredible support team. He got nailed due to retroactive testing and a team member ratting him out.

Most MMA fighters don't have a long enough career to worry about ten years down the road.

Lifelong ban is pure stupidity. Athletes truly believe THEY wont get caught. What good is a ban they believe will never happen to them?

The PED battle has been going on since ALL sports began. Its never going away.
