I like watching Valdez. He's had some fun fights. Good technique. But he doesn't mix things up enough. He's a one rhythm fighter, and he doesn't throw feints, like ever. You know what you're getting from him. His athleticism, technique, timing, power are all great. But he's gotta vary the speed and tempo when he punches, especially in combinations, and he needs to sucker his opponent with more feints. He allows guys to get in there and be competitive if he can't put them away.

this is a pretty good fight. Oscar is winning on my book but Mar is coming at him and has landed the counters
 
I gave Mar the last 2 and could see this 6-3 or 5-4

Valdez is getting exposed though. I hate guys who's technique goes to shit when they get tired. Or when they hurt their opponent.
 
Valdez won the last 3 rounds. That knockdown took a lot of out Marriaga. Good fight overall. Valdez is very hittable though.
 
Good fight, Vladez showed that he has what Champion are made of.
