Oh but when Floyd shits on MMA it's all gravy though. Can't fault him for being a cherry-picker and getting an easy payday, but you'll fault the guy who's taking a fight with all the odds against him, also going for an easy payday.

Man-Beast Marc Raimondi dominating the live feed right now. Wait a 5'6" Asian dude stepped in front of him. He's gone.

One has to be an idiot to argue that after what we just watched. He's not orthodox but he is definitely the best. If Conor was 6'1 and fought 205, guarantee you he beats Jones.

So if Conor sleeps him you'll be on suicide watch? Maybe don't take this shit quite so personal. Just enjoy it and get the stick out of your ass. Also it's not just because of McGregor's mouth. If you take Insult with this fight then you should be equally as pissed with Floyd for accepting it.

He's a free fighter. EVERYONE Floyd has fought is text book and super predictable. They all fight as they were told. Liston fought as he was toled and then an Innivator, Ali, came along and clowned him. People act like boxing is totally figured out and that they have tried everything. The reality is, they haven't and it is a very young sport in many ways. Just from the 50's to now, boxers fight totally different and the game is constantly evolving. Even now, many Lomachenko drills are now being incorporated.

The hubris of boxing fans is truly stunning. The hubris of everyone pre Conor is stunning but post Conor, they are humbled.

The fight will be very interesting, guarantee you that much.

Everyone bashing his excessive movement is a moron. That will be his strength, it just depends how long he can keep it up in fight conditions.

"At this time, most boxing magazines and writers had regarded Toney as the best pound per pound fighter in the world. He had become one of the most feared and intimidating fighters as well. James Toney had become somewhat of a throwback to the old time great fighters, as he fought often and was willing to take on the best regardless of weight class. At his best, Toney’s style was almost flawless. He was a smooth boxer/puncher who could adapt to any style. He could easily fight from the distance or on an inside battle. He was one of the best defensive specialists in the sport, in that he could slip and avoid punches in a way that resembled a young Roberto Duran. Toney seemed to have it all, power, speed, a solid chin, an outstanding defense and an aura that commanded respect."

“I WAS never hurt at all,” claimed Toney. “He pushed me for the knockdown. I was never hurt. I’ll be back. I want a shot at the light-heavyweight title as soon as possible.”
