This is quintessential what I love about sherdog. You can choose to engage, debate, dislike, be bros or troll whomever you please. They're living in extreme poverty. Forced to depend on government assistance.

Who forced them to need government assistance? Who is keeping them from developing the skills that would command a higher paying job?

I understand there is going to be a percentage of the poor that has a serious illness or disability. That isn't the majority of the poor though, and I would be much more agreeable to those people to receive some type of assistance, but it certainly shouldn't be in the form of government mandated wage hikes for everyone doing low skill work.
