If I do throw in the towel or anything from my fighters corner. Doesnt that DQ my fighter and stop the fight anyways?

Only if the corner step on the apron is it a DQ. Throwing the towel lets the ref know you want ti stop the fight but stepping in the Apron DQs your fightwr
