exactly.
arent people in the heavies always saying that soccer kicks would never fly because they are socially unacceptable? (as if it was always socially acceptable to punch a guy on the ground)
Them calling it a "technical ground kick" is trying to help in that area.

obviously its still a soccer kick regardless of what they call it.
theyll probably never legalise stomps but technical gravity assisted heel strikes would be possible.
