On This Day 12 Years Ago UFC 56

Well just your numbers are very far off, even though pay the pay is shit.

You are adding a extra 9 million to the card when it's not there.
You assume more that I where do you get 50% to cable? And don't say Dana said I wont reply.

Total Fighter Payouts: $294,000
Cheers I tried to add up in my head and added horn twice and was gonna add to the nearest zero which would of been 290 not 300.

That's like 4.6%... And your biggest names at the time or most of. That is robbery.

Boxing has been 50% for as long as I've known and reading from this article it says cable company could be up to 60%.

Its pretty known from people that get interested in this stuff cable companies won' t less than 50% I think @FrankieNYC would know.

Lmao whatever Dana says I don't listen. He said may/Greg did 6.5 mill.

Hey man
Not sure what you are asking?
You mean what providers take?
I think the article was going by old figures to say 60%
In the late 90's WWE was getting around 40% from providers. When UFC re-started on PPV, they got a little less because they had to re-prove themselves
As time progressed the % moved to the WWE/UFC side, with UFC getting 50% (or a hair more from some)
With boxing, IDK, but they don't make deals for X-Amount of PPV for X-Amount of years like UFC.
They negotiate a fight like MayMac separately & since that was a huge fight, the % was high in the favor of SHO

Also, going by AC reports for fighter pay is useless
Check out this audio at 54 minutes in

But what we do know is UFC paid $80m in 2015 (13%)

Buy more than a single pay per view a year before you cry about fighter pay. If not, shut the fuck up.
