Masahiro Oishi's 48 going on 49 and has been fighting at least once a year since 1993, and he has a fight coming up later this month. In terms of actual longevity and not just age and debut-time-gap, Oishi is the best in this sport.

Mu Bae Choi and Mighty Mo are 2 more that are up there at 47, Mo being a current champion. Akihiro Gono is "only" 43 but has fought since 1994 (2011 being the only year he didn't fight during that span).
