NYPD issues summons and annoys Hells-Angels NYC Manhattan clubhouse

That's odd. When the Housing Authority starts showing up in a neighborhood it usually starts going down hill.

For what it's worth this is an unbiased thread from you and an interesting topic. The HA will make an example of that prospect for bringing that heat on them. Glad to see NYPD making a statement
 
They are a criminal organization and should not be allowed to exist.

Backstory:

A couple of guys were driving along the road on which the Hells Angels clubhouse was located. They were stuck behind a cab so 1 of the guys in the car gets out and moves some traffic cones that were placed on the public street infront of the HA clubhouse. It is not legal to place cones in the street like that. An HA prospect comes out and after some argument and physical interaction , the prospect shoots the guy who moved the cones. NYPD investigate and find out HA members will not assist them in the investigation of the shooter. NYPD decides to " fcuk with them " because they are not assisting and starts to issue summons, removes the bench the HA placed out on the public street , removed their planters and use a cut-off saw to remove the motorcycle ramp the Clubhouse fixed on the sidewalk.

Not just the items you mentioned, but more:
The railing
The Columns on the sides of the doorway
The concrete stoop/step (that had a yellow painted edge) was cut way back
The metal ramps up into the doors either side of the main entrance were removed.
Etc.
