    Hello.

For strength and conditioning for fighters, how many reps should I be doing for most compound exercises and how long should I be resting between sets?

    Thanks.

Assuming the goal is to increase strength, the rest period should be between 2-5 minutes and the reps roughly 3-8.
If the goal is endurance, for example circuit training, the rest periods are shorter, i.e 30-60 seconds, and the reps are as much as possible.

I suggest picking a basic strength program like 5/3/1 and sticking to the plan. It will tell you how much weights to use, how many sets, and how many reps.
