NSAID's actually do not affect the liver. They'll fuck up your stomach, kidneys, and heart though.

they'll fuck up your stomach, gives you ulcers n shit. also bad for the heart and prolly some other various organs. Im sure enough of them can be toxic. I would definitely worry about it shutting down your kidneys or something if you gobbled a buncha em.
